Macon County Residents:
In response to the information made available by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Illinois Department of Public Health, as well as our local Macon County Health Department, Macon County Chairman Greenfield requests that residents do not come to the Macon County Building or Macon County Courthouse to conduct business unless it is completely necessary to do so. This request is being made for the health and well-being of Macon County residents.
The Macon County Environmental Management Department respectfully asks that all residents comply with this request. Macon County Environmental Management encourages residents to utilize its website, www.MaconGreen.com to answer any questions in relation to recycling, proper disposal, and environmental concerns. Residents can also email questions or concerns to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Department at 217-425-4505.
